PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
PD DESIGNED
WITH YOU IN MIND
At RMPD we utilize our own secret sauce which is connecting your staff to the real world. The same strategies teachers use for their students we use in our professional development. PowerPoint presentations have their utility in various platforms but here at RMPD we prefer engagement, group activities, music, and movement. Our unique skill sets allow us to connect with all staff throughout any session or presentation we do.
Participants are introduced to our patented “310” Theory which allow attendees to have a mental picture of which domain and specific dimension they are in as they navigate through each day.
